My name is Ryan Virtue, creator and editor of Virtue Ink. I've been a part of the online comic community for a long time, writing Dungeons and Dorks (www.dndorks.com) since I was in highschool and running TopWebComics for several years as well as other projects here and there. None of my previous projects, however, were ever meant for professional printing and that's where this one is the most ambitious.

Virtue Ink. sets out to create a professional level comic with the hope of one day being published in print. I've always had a passion for anime and manga and have always wanted to create different stories that I could see in print or on TV; to get started I got together a group of amateur artists with similar passions and got to work.

One of the big concepts behind Virtue Ink. was that I wanted each comic to be unique, even though they are all written by the same writer they all have different artists who bring with them a different level of uniqueness. In fact, each member of the crew comes from a totally different country from one another and you can see the different artistic styles they bring with them. The three comics we make here not only have their own stories but their own visual flares as well which will hopefully make each one a totally different experience to read.
